the whole yami thing has pissed me off and to top it off kubo is trying to do 2 things at once and thats something we all know he fails at. It's just making the story drag on ffs.

I guess you could say Hueco Mundo and Karakura are two theaters but there are multiple things going on at once. Even the Karakura bit alone was unwieldy.

well I ment when he focuses half the chapter on one fight then the other half on another it makes it go slower than it normally does.

The Karakura Town battle has been going on forever. It began in CH. 316 on Jun 27, 2008. We are going into 2010 soon. Think about that. I wonder if the fighting will be wrapped up by June 2010?

ZOMG, has it really been that long? Carp, no wonder I feel old. . .

WARNING pure speculation not based on any facts:

I wouldn't mind if this arc finished with Aizen conquering everyone and just when he has reached his goal
the Gates of Hell open up and a loud voice says something to the effect of "your time is up" and they drag him kicking and screaming into hell and the gates close. Then heavens king says essentially, "sucks to be you" and turns to the survivors and says, "the rest of you get back to work" and heavens gate closes leaving everyone with the classic wtf just happened look on their faces.

Actually didn't see that coming. At first I thought Ichigo was going to be fighting Aizen. Looks like Aizen is caught in his own illusion and has to defeat himself to win. Good stuff, Kubo.
